House League Registration is Now OPEN!

If you choose to pay your registration fees by cheque, please mail them to: Credit Valley Wolves, 6850 Summer Heights Dr., Mississauga, ON L5N7E7

For Minor Novice to Juvenile there will be an additional $200 MHL Gate Fee charge added to the registration fees listed below.

This fee is NOT applicable to the Wolf Cubs program.

2013 - 2014 Registration Fees

Wolf Cubs I.P. 2007 to 2009 (4-6 years) $250
  • Saturday Morning Practice (Rotating 7:00-10:00 AM)
  • Sunday Early Afternoon Games
  • Select 6 Program
  • No Experience Necessary, Come Join the Fun!
  
Minor Novice to Minor Peewee 2002 to 2006 $350
Peewee to Midget 1996 to 2001 $450
Juvenile 1993 to 1995 $225

** Minor Novice and Novice fees are not applicable to "Gold" level registration.

Multiple Sibling Discounts

We do offer multiple sibling discounts; however, they do not include Wolf Cubs, Minor Novice and Novice age groups.

  • 3rd player discount $50

2012 Tax Receipt Requests

Tax receipts for the 2012-2013 season were sent out via email on January 8. If you have not receive the email, please check your spam. If your email address is incorrect in the Hockey Canada registration system, your receipt will be sent to your coach.

If you would like to request a receipt be re-sent, please send an email to our registrar by clicking here. We regret that phone messages will not be returned due to the volume of calls.
