From now until July 1st, for every new player you refer to our association, your name will be entered in a draw for a free registration!
During the registration process for the new player, they will simply enter your first and last name when prompted. (If they forget, please have them send an email to our registrar.)
The new player MUST register with the Credit Valley Wolves by July 1st, no exceptions.

Registration for the 2012 - 2013 season IS NOW OPEN!
Our on-line registration is run by Hockey Canada. For you convenience, registration will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Please note, your tax receipt will be sent at the end of the year to the main email address you use for registration.
Please ensure you have a copy of the players' birth certificate or passport prior to starting the registration process.
For Minor Atom to Peewee, we are once again offering our hockey skills clinic $75 (8 - 10 sessions). We encourage you to sign up during registration as spots are limited.

** Minor Novice and Novice fees are not applicable to "Gold" level registration.
