used during registration.
2006-07 MHL Player Registrations - Member
Services
The Mississauga Hockey League and
its eight Associations will be launching a new "Member
Services" system to allow all members to
participate in all MHL and Association services. This system
will assist you in registering for MHL services including
Player Registration.
We have set up a membership environment
where all residents of your household can become members in
one place at no charge. Once you have signed on as a member,
you will be able to register as players, team officials, referees,
time keepers, ticket personnel volunteers and executives.
Additional services are also included such as Travel Permission
forms and Exhibition forms etc.
All relevant information from past systems
has been imported into Member Services. If you are a returning
Credit Valley player you should have received a letter explaining
in more detail the new system, as well as your unique identification
number and password to register on-line.
To participate in any MHL activities you
will need to first become a member and/or login to validate
your current primary contact information. At least one resident
of your household must become a member to access these services
for your residence.
This new Member Services system has many
features including:
- Electronic House League Registration
Form generation
- Team Officials registration including
picture capture
- Ability to advise players when registration
is received by the Association; when it is approved; and
when a player is assigned to a team.
- Associations will be able to inform
you of Association events, etc.
- Registration for players, team officials,
Time Keepers, Ticket Personnel, Volunteers, Executives and
Referees can be done from your main page
- Years of Service to the Associations
and the MHL can now be tracked regardless of service enrolled
in.
Member Services will be used for most of
our communication with the players. In addition to confirming
registration, Member Services will be used for the conveners
for evaluation notices and coaches for weekly communications.
The MHL is excited about this new service
and look forward to using this to improve our service to you
the members.
You can take advantage of early registration
for the 2006-2007 hockey season on June 1st. We will have
an open registration on June 1 and the details are set out
in the flyer below. Registrations can also be completed on
line. If you do not have access to the Internet you can contact
your registrar directly or use the Kiosk in the MHL office
to become a member and register players.
All player registrations will require you
to:
• Be a resident of Mississauga
• Have a birth certificate number
• Agree to the City of Mississauga & MHL Fair Play
Code of Conduct
Players signed to 2005/06 "A"
do not need to register as they will have been registered
at try-outs.
