Notice - Children's Fitness Tax Receipts

Children's Fitness Tax Receipts Beginning in 2007, the Government of Canada will allow a non-refundable tax credit of up to $500, to be paid to the parents for registering a child in an eligible program of physical activity. Registration in the MHL qualifies within the parameters set out in this program.

2009 - 2010 Registration Fees

Minor Novice and Novice 2001 to 2002 $350
Minor Atom to Minor Peewee 1998 to 2000 $375
Peewee to Midget 1992 to 1997 $400
Juvenile 1989 to 1991 $225

Multiple Sibling Discounts

We do offer multiple sibling discounts; however, due to our low registration fees they do not include Wolf Cubs, Minor Novice and Novice age groups.

  • 1st player is full price
  • 2nd player discount $25
  • 3rd player discount $50

Our Refund Policy

All refund requests MUST be received in writing.

  1. To August 15th - 80% of your fee is refunded.
  2. From August 16th to September 1st - 65% of your fee is refunded.
  3. From September 2nd to November 1st - 50% of your fee is refunded.
  4. After November 1st no refund.

The Credit Valley Wolves Association reserves the right to adjust any refund upon review by our executive committee.
