Peel Police Background Check (Free)

All association volunteers who are residents of Peel1 are required to have a completed Peel Regional Police Check on file with the Mississauga Hockey League. NEW forms may be obtained from the MHL office (the location is listed on the MHL website www.hockey.on.ca).

Completed forms on file with the MHL are valid for 4 years of consecutive2 volunteer service with any MHL Association, at which point a new form must be processed.

Please do not delay! The process can take several weeks once your form has been completed and returned to the Peel Regional Police.

The Peel Regional Police will mail processed police checks back to the applicant. You must return this form to the MHL office.
